Our Chief Instructor is Terry Lawer who has a fantastic wealth of knowledge in all things canine, having been involved in
dog training for over thirty years. He has been an avid member of Anglo-American Dog Training, which is an organisation
advocating the use of kind methods of training. He and his wife, Jackie, own three collies. Jackie deals with all matters
to do with running the training group and its administration.
Our other instructors include Debbie Hicks, Eloise Collins, Elizabeth Buckley and Selina MacDonald. Debbie and Jackie are both Agility Club Approved
Instructors. Debbie has three Collies as well as two young boys, who will hopefully soon be joining us as junior handlers! Eloise has two Collies and
is in charge of the Junior Section of Capable Canines. She is always available to offer advice about different disciplines to young handlers. Elizabeth
has a Collie and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, who also enjoys agility. Selina is our latest recruit and also has three collies.
All of our Instructors will try their hardest to make your training fun and a success. Do not hesitate to ask them if you need any help with any aspect of your training.
