Dates for Puppy Classes and Obedience Training
Training dates for 2010 are as follows. Please note that we train
in six week blocks and the date mentioned is for the first week of the
block. Dates shown are for the week commencing ..., so if you train on
a Monday it will be the date stated, but if you train on a Tuesday or
Wednesday it will be the corresponding date thereafter!

Sunday 14th February 2010Mid Cornwall ShowWhat a nice, relaxed show to start the season - and so close to home!
Congratulations to Lorraine and Cleo for a clear round in the G1-3 Blow and Go and to Jackie and Rum for 5th in G1-3 Jumping and winning the G1-3 Blow and Go despite Rum's aversion to the whistle!
Well done also to Kim and Toby for another clear round in G4-7 Blow and Go.
Saturday 20th February 2010South Devon ShowIt was snowing quite heavily when we left for the show this morning but it turned into the most gorgeous sunny day!
Well done Kim and Toby and Debbie and Sandy for lovely clear rounds in the jumping fun classes and Jackie and Rum for winning G3 Jumping!
Sunday 21st February 2010Cornwall Agility Club MatchI am in absolute awe of our Grade 1 handlers! What a stonking day they had!
Many congratulations to you on your successes:
Lorraine and Cleo - 1st in G1-2 Jumping, 1st in G1-2 Steeplechase and 3rd in G1-2 Speed Jumping. It doesn't get much better than that!
Becky and Gypsy - 1st in G1-2 Speed Jumping and 2nd in G1-2 Steeplechase.
Selina and Grace - 3rd in both G1-7 Anysize Jumping and 3rd in G1-7 Anysize Steeplechase.
Louise and Bo - a lovely clear round in Speed Jumping at their very first show!
Vernon and Cleo coming 6th in the G1-7 Pairs with a double clear!
Also to:
Debbie and Sandy - 3rd in G3-4 Steeplechase, 10th in G3-4 Speed Jumping and clear round in G3-4 Jumping.
Jackie and Rum - 3rd in G3-4 Jumping.
Really looking forward to seeing these amazing dogs (and handlers) progressing this year. Well done to all of you - you should be really proud of your achievements today.
Tuesday 9th March 2010Dog of the Year LeagueWe will be running an in-house agility league this year in two categories Grade 1-2 dogs and Grade 3-4 dogs. Please see the explanation on the noticeboard. It will run from 1st January until December and you can claim points for all shows and even matches. Please email me if you would like a copy of the details.
Saturday 13th March 2010Lansallos Winter WalkFeel free to join us but please take care, keep your dog on the lead near livestock and clean up after it where necessary.
Meet at 10.30 am at the Lansallos National Trust car park.
